• Account data: information used to provision and operate your tenant.
• Customer Content: source files, database connection details and generated outputs you process through the Service.
• Usage & cost data: operational metrics such as job runs and LLM token/cost accounting.

2. How we use information

• To respond to demo requests and provision access.
• To provide, secure, and improve the Service.
• To account for LLM usage and costs.

3. Tenant isolation & storage

The platform uses a database-per-tenant model, so each organization’s data is stored in an isolated database. Database credentials you enter are stored encrypted and are not exposed to AI agent state.

4. Third-party AI providers

To perform conversions, content may be sent to third-party LLM providers (e.g. via your organization’s own API keys). Those providers process data under their own terms. Air-gapped / self-hosted deployment options are available for sensitive environments.

5. Data retention

We retain demo/contact submissions and account data for as long as needed to operate the Service or as required by law. Customer Content is retained per your organization’s configuration and agreement.

6. Security

We employ encryption of stored credentials, access controls, and input screening. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we work to protect your data using reasonable safeguards.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Contact us to exercise them.

8. Cookies

This marketing website uses only strictly necessary storage (e.g. remembering your light/dark theme choice). It does not set advertising cookies.
